Who We Are
Founded in 1977 by Don and Mary Ann Cipriano, Cipriano Training & Development, Inc (CTD) has been continually devoted to “increasing organizational effectiveness by improving personal performance”. Don’s published programs and recorded 
presentations, carefully tailored to the client’s needs, have been distributed worldwide.
Cipriano Training & Development is a family business. After spending 15 years in the corporate world, Don & Mary Ann’s daughter, Kathleen Pulling, joined the business in 2014. Kathleen’s passion is team building, she uses her high I and S to build relationships with Human Resources, Talent Management and Organizational Management professionals, helping them to implement TTI assessments into their organizations. Their son, Tim Cipriano, uses his high I and D to assist part-time as a Sales & Marketing Consultant.
Using TTI assessments for over 30 years, CTD has helped management teams move to a positive experience where knowledge and activities can be applied directly in the workplace.
